Bok Choy

4 Bunches Bok Choy
2 Slices Ginger
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of water
drops of sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil (stir fry)

Stir fry everything in veg oil
