INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tin Apples
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Margarine
- Salt
METHOD
- Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs and then dry ingredients
- Add milk.
- Pour into buttered dish and place apples over top
- Bake at 180oC for 40-45 minutes
- Boil 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup water.
- Pour over hot tart
