Apple Tart



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tin Apples
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine
  • Salt

METHOD

  1. Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs and then dry ingredients
  2. Add milk.
  3. Pour into buttered dish and place apples over top
  4. Bake at 180oC for 40-45 minutes
  5. Boil 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup water.
  6. Pour over hot tart
