Bacon and Cheese Bread



INGREDIENTS

  • 500g Self Raizing Flour
  • 500ml Buttermilk
  • 250ml Fine Bacon
  • 100g Cheese
  • 5ml Salt

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Put in a bread pan 23 X 13 X 7cm
  3. Sprinkel some cheese and bacon on top
  4. Bake for an hour at 180oC
