Bacon and Cheese Bread
INGREDIENTS
500g Self Raizing Flour
500ml Buttermilk
250ml Fine Bacon
100g Cheese
5ml Salt
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together
Put in a bread pan 23 X 13 X 7cm
Sprinkel some cheese and bacon on top
Bake for an hour at 180oC
