INGREDIENTS
- 1,362g Self Raizing Flour
- 3 cups Sugar
- 227g Coconut
- 2 cups Butter
- 3 Eggs
- Salt
- Buttermilk
METHOD
- Rubb butter in flour
- Put everything else into flour mix, except for the milk
- Mix milk in until managable
- Make round balls and put in pan
- Bake until ground and pulling away from sides
- Break in peaces and dry out in oven
