Buttermilk Rusks








INGREDIENTS
  • 1,362g Self Raizing Flour
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 227g Coconut
  • 2 cups Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Buttermilk

METHOD
  1. Rubb butter in flour
  2. Put everything else into flour mix, except for the milk
  3. Mix milk in until managable
  4. Make round balls and put in pan
  5. Bake until ground and pulling away from sides
  6. Break in peaces and dry out in oven
