INGREDIENTS
- 600g Sugar
- 250ml Ideal Milk
- 130g Dates
- 100g 'Okkerneute' nuts
METHOD
- Dissolve sugar in milk
- Boil until soft ball state and remove from stove
- Stir the dates and nuts in
- Pour in a dish of 20cm X 20cm
- Cool off and cut in squares
