INGREDIENTS
- 1kg Flour
- Halve Envelope Instant Heast
- 170ml Cold Water
- 80ml Boiling Water
- 15ml Sugar
- 25ml Oil
- 5ml Salt
- Mix everything together into a stiff batter and knee for 10 minutes
- Paint with oil and wrap in plastic to multiply
- Knee again, sit in pan to rise
- Bake for 45-50 minutes at 210oC
For Breadrolls:
- Rubb 30ml butter in, knee and rize on pan.
- Paint with egg and bake 12 - 15 minutes at 240oC
