Belgian Waffles



INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Eggs, separated
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter or Margarine

METHOD

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light
  2. Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla extract
  3. Add flour, baking powder and salt, beat well
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter
  5. Bake and serve
