Fudge




INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Can Condensed Milk
  • 500ml Sugar
  • 25ml Golden Syrup
  • 75ml Water
  • 60ml Butter
  • 5ml Vanilla

METHOD

  1. Disolve sugar and water over low heat
  2. Stir butter and syrup in until melted
  3. Stir condensed milk in until boil
  4. Boil on low heat and stir continuously until soft ball state
  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla and beat until thick
  6. Pour into a pan and allow to cool off
  7. Cut into blocks when cold
