INGREDIENTS
- 1 Can Condensed Milk
- 500ml Sugar
- 25ml Golden Syrup
- 75ml Water
- 60ml Butter
- 5ml Vanilla
METHOD
- Disolve sugar and water over low heat
- Stir butter and syrup in until melted
- Stir condensed milk in until boil
- Boil on low heat and stir continuously until soft ball state
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and beat until thick
- Pour into a pan and allow to cool off
- Cut into blocks when cold
