Ginger Men Biscuits



INGREDIENTS

  • 2kg Flour
  • 5ml Baking Powder
  • 200ml Butter
  • 50ml Syrup
  • 50ml Milk
  • 10ml Ginger
  • 5ml Mixed Spices
  • 200ml Casting Sugar
  • 2ml Carbonate of Soda
  • Correntes and Cherries
  • Red and White icing

METHOD

  1. Mix butter with dry ingredients
  2. Mix syrup and soda and milk into a doe
  3. Knee and roll the doe
  4. Cut men out, bake 12 minutes at 190oC
  5. Allow to cool off then add icing
