INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Table Spoons Butter
- 1 Cup Carbonate of Soda
- 1 Cup Yellow Sugar
- 1 Packet Fine Dates
- Salt
- 3/4 Cup Warm Water
- Put Soda and water over dates and let it cool off
- Beat eggs, butter, sugar and salt
- Mix flour and dates with the rest and put in a pan
- Bake for 2 hours on 150OC
